Scope of the service
The product provides a platform to activate and operate voice agents, numbers, commercial settings, and account-related administrative workflows.
The self-serve signup creates a customer workspace, an initial administrator user, and a pre-contractual or contractual relationship depending on the account and billing state.
Access and responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for safeguarding credentials and for the use made by authorized users of the account.
- The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or security-compromising activities.
- The customer must keep core account and billing data up to date when the service becomes billable.
- Self-serve signup requires explicit acceptance of the terms of service, privacy policy, and cookie policy, and that acceptance is stored with version, timestamp, and basic technical evidence.
Trial, activation, and billing
A trial does not guarantee indefinite commercial activation. Once the trial window ends or the plan becomes billable, the account is governed by payment state and the active commercial policy.
Self-serve plan changes, additional numbers, and recurring adjustments are governed by the commercial summary shown in the console and, where applicable, by the official invoice issued for the service.
Non-payment, suspension, and account closure
Non-payment may lead to a grace period, temporary limitation, or service suspension depending on the contractual and operational state of the account.
Account closure does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of all data; records that must be retained due to legal, tax, or claims-defense obligations may remain blocked or partially anonymized.
Privacy and data
Personal data processing is also governed by the privacy and GDPR policy. Specific processing, support, or integration obligations may be supplemented through a commercial proposal, DPA, or specific terms when needed.
